Make the Commitment
A lot of times preschool and daycare owners come to us and say “we want to grow our daycare, but we just don’t know where to start.” Today, we’re going to fix that!
Publicly Commit to Taking Action
If you get nothing else out of your visit to our site today, make a real commitment to yourself to see your growth objectives through.
If you have to, write up a contract with yourself with dates, sign it and put it on your refrigerator or someplace highly visible to you and your family. Publicly commit to making growth happen. That’s where it all starts.
As you’ll hear from Wes and Kevin during the interviews, webinars, and videos is one underlying theme … a commitment to taking action in order to make growth happen. There’s no 900 lb. gorilla that’s going to drop out of the sky and leave you a sack of money for thinking about growth or for “trying hard.”
Do SOMETHING Even If It’s Wrong
Often times, I’ll be at a basketball game rooting on my team and I’ll jokingly shout “do something even if it’s wrong … just do something” when the offense breaks down or goes through a drought. It’s frequently a result of guys standing around instead of moving and using motion to create space and open shots. The same is true for your business, and you’ve undoubtedly heard the phrase “an object in motion stays in motion.”
A better cliche that sums things up nicely is “an object at rest is much harder to move” because there is no momentum to take advantage of to get where you want to go. You’ll never gain momentum for your business if you’re sitting still or maintaining status-quo!
Status Quo Won’t Cut Today’s Cake!
Stop thinking like an old-school daycare or preschool marketer that believes doing the same things that got you a little success will get you massive success.
Most daycare and preschool owners practice “me too” marketing. They market with the same media that their competitors do, or they just continue to market the same way as the previous owners. You know this is true even if you’re guilty, too.
Tired and pricey Yellow Pages, radio and TV ads aren’t the answers to your growth problem today … a commitment to leveraging a proven strategy is!
What I’m saying to you today is to commit to making something happen right now … write it down and circle dates on the calendar. Prop it up where you have to look at it every day then follow through. You’ll thank yourself 3 months from now!
